The Hourami Group is the trading name under which Botan Hourami provides property advisory and property asset management services. You can reach us at botan@hourami.com.

Structure

The Hourami Group is not a registered company. It is a name under which Botan Hourami trades. The other businesses named on this site are independent, each trading in its own right and answering for its own work.

Any references to investment concern Botan investing his own capital. No investment management, financial advice or fund services are offered.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing about your visit is stored on your device by us, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Fonts

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. We receive nothing from it.

What we do with enquiries

If you send an enquiry we use your name, email address and message for the sole purpose of replying to you and, if it goes further, corresponding about the matter you raised. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Our lawful basis

We process enquiry information where necessary to respond to steps requested before a possible engagement, and for our legitimate interest in managing professional correspondence.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the matter is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Hosting

This site is hosted by a third-party web host, which keeps routine access and security logs. Those records are generated by the hosting service rather than by us, and typically include the IP address making the request, the page requested and the time of the request.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
